Information collected
When you submit an enquiry we may collect your name, contact details, device or project information, return address for postal repairs and any fault image you choose to upload.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to the enquiry, assess requested work, maintain a repair or project record, provide customer service and meet legal or accounting responsibilities.
Storage and sharing
Enquiries are stored within the secured HCLR website and delivered to the HCLR business email address. Information is not sold. It may be shared with essential service providers only where necessary to operate the website, communicate, take payment, deliver a parcel or comply with law.
Device data
Customer files are not accessed unless required for the agreed diagnosis, repair, recovery or testing. Customers should back up important data where possible and should not submit passwords through website forms.
Retention
Enquiry and repair information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service, warranty, accounting, security and legal purposes. Unnecessary fault images and address information may be removed sooner.
